Refund & Return Policy

Korey Deals wants you to be happy with your order. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return
Email kwkorey22@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
Final sale, clearance, and personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
